We hope you love your item/s as much as us but if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, don’t worry.. we’re here to help!
You have 14 Calendar Days to return your garment in order to be offered a refund or exchange, after the 14 Days but before 30 Days, returns will be eligible for exchange only.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards
- In order to return your item it must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Please email us at email@example.com for instructions on your return request.
You will need to enclose details that state your Name, Order number and the problem with your order. If you require an exchange please specify which garment/style size you’d like and we will send that out to you as quickly as possible (stock levels permitting)
Refunds will be issued upon receiving your return to the original payment method - please note these can take up to 10 working days of receiving the goods to show on your account.
You will be responsible for covering the cost for returning your item safely to us, we therefore advise you return item/s using a recorded delivery service
Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable
